Florian Gantenberg is a partner of the firm since 2019. Before joining ZHMP he worked with a leading international firm (White & Case LLP) and a multi-disciplinary firm.

Florian Gantenberg is an insolvency administrator. With his expertise he also advises primarily medium-sized enterprises and private clients. His advice covers the entire range of entrepreneurial crisis and insolvency, i.e. restructuring and turnaround (including insolvencies with a debtor-in-possession and the preparation of insolvency and restructuring plans), but he also engages in the structuring of M&A proceedings in situations of crisis or from insolvency.

Florian Gantenberg assists shareholders and managers in questions of personal liability, engages in litigation regarding insolvency rescission and represents creditors (also in creditors’ committees), files their claims, and enforces their rights to separation and separate satisfaction.
